Non-Aggression Pact

Server 2135 NAP Terms_v2

The Basics:

  1.  No scouting or hitting of bases in the NAP10 alliance. Non-aligned bases are fair game to plunder within reason.
  2. Mud is considered open to attacks during Capitol battles. Otherwise, mud and tile hits only allowed if specifically asked for.
  3. No plundering trucks on this server. The use of the truck filter is required to ensure that this is minimized.
  4. Plundering tasks is to be discouraged on the server. Plundering of off-server tasks is to be encouraged and pursued by all NAP members.
  5. Alliance must have some form of R4 and R5 leadership team to remain in NAP.
  6. Self defense: It is permitted to defend your base or other alliance’s bases if attacked. Any retaliatory attacks beyond what is necessary to defend your base will still be considered a NAP violation. Egregious shows of force are not allowed, relative to the offense applied.

Consequences for NAP Violations

1. First Offense: A DM will be sent to the offender and their R4/R5 in an effort to educate the offending player and to address the issue.

2. Second Offense: A retaliatory hit is allowed by the victim. This is to be proportionate to the original offense.

3. Third Offense: Player removal from all top 10 alliances for 7 days.

4. Fourth Offense: Player removal from all top 10 alliances. The player will be considered blacklisted.

As we are leaders, alliance leadership members will be held to a high standard, this includes both R4’s and R5’s. Any NAP violation from these leaders will skip the first offense and go straight to the second offense punishment of a proportional retaliatory hit.

Severe and/or Egregious Breaches: Any severe breach of the NAP will escalate directly to Third offense consequences. Offending players will also be warned that Fourth offense penalties will be applied for any subsequent violations that player makes within 30 days. To clarify, what is considered a “severe and/or egregious breach” is defined as the ashing of a single base or targeting multiple bases in one event. This also includes any event that is deemed particularly heinous by the majority of NAP10 leaders.

Conflict Resolution: All offenses that cannot be settled quickly by the players affected must be discussed between the offended players R4/R5 and offending players R4/R5 to achieve a peaceful resolution. As leaders we must strive to bring unity and peace between our players to promote a unified and strong server.

Ratification and Amendments to NAP:

This NAP agreement will be ratified by the top 10 alliances (by power rating). Once ratified, changes to NAP terms may only be made through a unanimous vote from NAP alliances.

NAP Is to be reviewed after every season to ensure effective functioning Consequences for Non-Enforcement by NAP Alliances: To effectively police ourselves, failure of an alliance to enforce the agreed-upon consequences for their members or leadership will be considered an act of war against the entire server. Consequently, these actions will then be followed:

After discussing the violation with the all NAP associated leaders, the offending member (not the alliance as a whole) may be freely attacked by the entire server until their alliance takes the appropriate punishment steps found above.

Additionally, if the offending alliance fails to address the issue within 48 hours of receiving notice from the Coalition, the following penalties will apply to that alliance:

1. Removal from all land.

2. Denial of access to the Capitol.

3. Denial of all server buffs until the situation is remedied.

4. And ultimately removal from the NAP if the majority of NAP alliances vote the offending alliance to be removed.

In summation NAP allied players will only attack these players on our Server;

Players not in any alliance.

Players whose alliance is NOT on the NAP list.

Players in the mud on Capitol Day.
